Today we were splited into few groups and had vocational day. Me, Dalia and Kestutis had spent half of the perfectly planned day in Snyders of Hanover, while communicating with marketing, partner brands, manufacturing/supply chain and R&D department professionals and had a tour around the plant:In the afternoon we had a great meeting in Elsner Engineering Works company: and tour around it:Claus vocational day was in Central Penn Sporting Clays, so for all day he and his host Paul Wojciechowski were shooting to clay birds:Peter was going to see two green ground schools with geothermical heating and using only healthy buildingsmaterials and limited suninfluence in the rooms including regulation of electrical light in the rooms depending of the daylight amount. He also visited the engineering office that made the projects for the schools:

Today from the early morning we were traveling to Washington D.C. In the morning we had a great tour around US Capitol: Had nice discusion with Congressman Tod Platts:

After lunch in Capitol Cafeteria we had a sightseeing in Washington D.C. while visiting Lincoln Memorial, The White House and Arlington National Cemetery.

In the morning we were hosted by Hanover Rotary Club. We had a tour around Utz Potato Chips Plant:And were tasting Utz chips:Have visited Hanover Shoe Farms its a standardbred horse breeding farm: Then our team had made presentation in Hanover Rotary Club meeting and had lunch there too:In the afternoon we were hosted by Littlestown Rotary Club. Had a tour around Conewago Chapel: And have visited Littlestown Foundry they are producing aluminum castings, and got some scoops: After all these tours we had a some fun and relax time while fishing and hiking at very nice home of Vern Leese:And had a great dinner with a traditional Lithuanian, Danish and American food:

Today we were hosted by Gettysburg Rotary Club. In the morning we have had a nice and a little bit wet tour (because all day was raining seriously) around Gettysburg Civil War Battlefield and museum:We have had lunch, represented us and our presentation in Gettysburg Rotary Club meeting:In the afternoon had a small tour around museum called - Wills House. And during not very rainy minutes made a nice tour around Gettysburg downtown and of course some funny pictures:After that we were invited into Lutheran Teological Seminary and interviewed by Dr. Nelson Strobert for local radio show:

All Saturday we spent in District Conference in Gettysburg. In the morning we were lisening to Dr. Jim Withers presentation "Street Medicine" and his experiences treating the homeless on the streets of Pittsburgh, after that we have represented us and our presentation:In the afternoon we were communicating with Rotarians from District 7390 and 7620:and visiting Youth Exchange Program representing stand:In the evening we attended District Governors Dinner Gala & Awords. There were announced Silent Auction Winners, was held Special "Live" Auction of Governor's Baskets and Awards Presentations. It was really nice that our GSE team was awarded too:

Today morning we had a tour around E&E Manufacturing - metal fabricating company:Then we went to Bell And Evans Chicken Processing Plant tour: And had lunch in Bell And Evans Cafeteria:

After lunch we had to say good bye to our second host families and meet our Group I host families in Gettysburg. Enjoyed buffet supper at home of Peg Sennett - all our team and new host families. We really had a nice discussions and were eating very tasty food:

Today have had a tour around truck body manufacturing company Mid-Atlantic Supreme: We had a nice relaxing lunch at Harpers Tavern:We visited Ft Indiantown Town Gap - big military area. There we have seen different kind of troops and military equipment: We had dinner with Group C and D Rotary Clubs: We were lisening to wonderful songs of vocal group from Teen Challange organization:

In the morning me, Peter and our hosts Beverly Martel and Nigel Foundling had breakfast at Northern Lebanon Rotary Club meeting and were communicating with Rotarians: and had lisened to Jim Hess presentation called "El Salvador Water Project":
Then we went to Penn State University:
and had a few meetings. At first all our group communicated with Dr. Makund Kulkarni. After that we were devided into groups related to our professions, for example, me and Dalia had a nice debate with Asst. Professor of Marketing - Dr. Zina Taran and Asst. Prof. Community Systems - Dr. Clem Gilpin:
Later we devided into two groups, first group - danish part of the team - had nice discussion about Penn State/Denmark Linkages:
second group - lithuanian part of the team - were lisening and debating about Penn State International Initiatives:We had lunch in Penn State University and were talking with local students who are studing here from all over the world:
Also today we had visited Dauphin County Commissioners:

Had dinner in Harrisburg Keystone Rotary Club meeting and nice small tour around Appalachian Brewery:
